If Three of These Are True, You Are the Bottleneck

Not a quiz. Just the six things almost every owner says in the first ten minutes of a diagnostic call.

Revenue is up. What you actually keep is not.

Every real decision still lands on your desk.

You have not taken a full week off in over a year.

Your team waits to be told instead of moving.

The plan exists. Nobody is actually running it.

You are working harder now than when you were smaller.

None of these are a discipline problem. They are structure problems, and structure is fixable. The diagnostic call tells you which one is costing you the most.

The Diagnostic Call

What Actually Happens in Those 30 Minutes

No slide deck, no discovery script, no pitch at the end. One structured conversation with a specific output.

01

We map the pressure

Where your revenue comes from, where your margin goes, where your hours go, and what breaks if you disappear for two weeks. Ten minutes, plain questions.

02

You get the honest read

Jason names the single constraint costing you the most right now, and the two or three moves that relieve it. In your words, not consultant language.

03

You decide what is next

Take the read and run it yourself, or talk about what coaching would look like. Both are a fine outcome. You will not be chased either way.

The promise: if fifteen minutes in it is clear that coaching is not what your business needs, Jason will tell you that and point you at what does. You still keep the read. That is the whole risk you are taking.

The Problem

Having a Plan and Running One

A staffing firm owner in St. Louis Park. Billings up, team in place, business looked healthy from the outside.

She still made every real decision herself. No full week off in three years. Margins tighter than when she ran the whole thing alone.

More revenue. Less control. Less money left over. That is not a motivation problem, and no course fixes it.

If your business is consuming more of you than it returns, the diagnostic call tells you exactly where that is happening.
The Coaching

What 1-on-1 Business Coaching in Minnesota Actually Is

A working relationship built around the decisions your business is forcing on you right now. Not a check-in call, not a curriculum, not a group room where you get eleven minutes.

It starts with an honest read of your margins, team structure, revenue sources, and where your hours go. Then it works on whatever is costing you the most, and it changes as the business changes.

Diagnostic first

A clear read of margin, team, revenue, time, and where you land if nothing changes.

Outcome per session

Every session moves toward something trackable. If it is not measurable, it is not finished.

Moves with you

Month three rarely looks like month one, because the constraint moves as you fix things.

Built for traction

For owners already doing real revenue who have hit the ceiling of what got them here.

What Gets Worked On

Five Disciplines. You Only Use the Ones Your Business Needs

Executive Leadership Coaching
Discipline 01

The skills that built the business to this size are rarely the ones that take it further.

CEO & Founder Advisory
Discipline 02

Your team wants answers from you. Your accountant sees numbers without context. This is the room where you think out loud.

Business Operations Coaching
Discipline 03

If the business cannot function without you in it, it is fragile in ways that stay invisible until something breaks.

Team Performance Coaching
Discipline 04

Underperformance is rarely a talent problem. It is usually a clarity, communication, or accountability problem.

Strategic Business Planning
Discipline 05

A strategy that lives in a presentation is not a strategy. This produces a working document and a decision filter you actually use.

Why Us

Why Minnesota Owners Choose Kingdom Coaching for 1-on-1 Coaching

01
Nearly 30 Years Operating, Not Certification Hours

Real estate, marketing, construction, and service businesses. Firsthand experience with payroll pressure, not a methodology built by someone who never carried it.

02
Every Session Ends With a Measurable Outcome

No calls that end with encouragement and nothing else. If you cannot track it, the session is not finished.

03
No Modules, No Cookie-Cutter Program

The staffing owner in St. Louis Park and the contractor in Bloomington needed different work. Yours is built from your first conversation.

04
Still Has Skin in the Game

Jason is an active investor and operator today. The advice reflects this market, not what worked when he last had something at risk.

05
Built for the Long Run, Not One Good Quarter

The goal is a business that pays you properly, runs without depending on you, and gives back the time you built it to create.

What Minnesota Owners Say After Working 1-on-1

Limited Client Load
Jason coaches a small number of owners at a time. The diagnostic is how you find out if there is room.
Honest Filter

Who This Works For, and Who It Does Not

Book the call if

  • You own or run a business already producing real revenue
  • You have a team, or you are about to need one
  • You want someone to tell you the truth, not agree with you
  • You are willing to change how you operate, not just how you feel

Do not book the call if

  • You are looking for a business idea or a side hustle
  • You want motivation more than you want changes
  • You want someone to run the business for you
  • You are hoping a program will do the work in your place

The Questions Owners Ask First

Is the diagnostic call really free, or is it a sales call?

It is free, and it is a working call. You get the read on your business whether or not coaching ever comes up. If Jason does not think coaching is the right move for you, he will say so and tell you what he would do instead.

What does coaching cost after that?

Coaching is a monthly engagement, and the number depends on scope and session frequency. Numbers only get discussed if the diagnostic shows a real fit, and never on the first application.

How much time does this take each month?

Most owners work in structured sessions plus focused work between them. The work is designed to replace time you are already losing to firefighting, not to add another standing meeting.

I already have a business plan. Why would I need this?

Most owners do. The gap is almost never the plan itself, it is who is running it, what happens when it collides with a busy week, and whether the plan actually filters the decisions you make on a Tuesday.

Do we meet in person or online?

Both. Jason is based in Cambridge and works with owners across Minnesota, including Minneapolis, St. Paul, Bloomington, Rochester, St. Cloud, and Duluth. Sessions run in person or by video depending on where you are.

What happens after I submit the form?

Jason reviews it himself and reaches out to schedule the call. Applications are handled in the order they arrive, and the client load is limited on purpose.
